3. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure
Together uses anonymous authentication through Firebase. You are assigned a unique anonymous user identifier and do not need a traditional account sign-in for core functionality. Your anonymous identifier is used solely to associate you with the focus rooms you create or join.
The app uses Firebase Realtime Database to store and sync room data. Depending on usage, Firebase may store anonymous user IDs, room IDs, room creator IDs, room creation timestamps, room settings, timer state, participant records, and user metadata (such as active room and last room created time). We use Firebase as a service provider to operate the app, and Firebase may process data under its own privacy practices and service terms.
